We believe Meritage Blend is our finest, signature coffee blend. It is a rich, full-bodied, smooth, and delicious blend of exceptional Arabica coffees with a perfect body/acidity balance.
Coffee enthusiasts, like winemakers, believe the finest flavor profiles come from blending superior single origin varietals. Our Natural Brazil and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (Fair Trade Organic) are two outstanding coffees in their own right and are part of our new Meritage Blend.
JAVA RUB Beef, Lamb, Wild Game & More
We are ecstatic about the continued success of our original JAVA RUBS. We are not only passionate about our coffee, but our cooking as well. We have known for quite some time that coffee can be a great addition especially when cooking red meats. Coffee is a natural flavor enhancer. In particular, coffee is known to intensify the flavor of meats and impart smoky and nutty characteristics as well. This JAVA RUB is perfect for steaks, lamb and prime rib!
JAVA-ONE Steak Sauce & Marinade
Inspired by the fantastic wines of the Finger Lakes, JAVA-ONE is a marriage of the coffee bean and the grape. Using our freshly roasted and brewed Kenyan AA coffee and raisin paste we have created a delicious sauce which is perfect when served for dipping, basting or marinating with any type of meat, especially steaks and chops. JAVA-ONE can also be used as a marinade by whisking together equal parts of the JAVA-ONE sauce and brewed coffee.
JAVA BARK
If you like chocolate covered coffee beans; you'll LOVE our JAVA BARK! Rich, Belgian, 60% cacao, dark chocolate smothers our Italian Espresso Beans. The rich chocolate and freshly roasted espresso beans make all the difference in this original recipe! JAVA BARK is great alone, with coffee, or atop vanilla ice cream. In the Finger Lakes wine region, many wineries sample our JAVA BARK with their finest dry red wines which is an excellent pairing and our original reason for developing this product.

Small baskets (8” X 12”) $5.50
Large baskets $7.50 (12” X 16”) $7.50
*Basket charge includes basket, filler, assembly, seasonal decoration, personalized gift card, and a cellophane shrink wrap. Shipping is additional and by weight.
