MERITAGE BLEND
We believe Meritage Blend is our finest, signature coffee blend. It is a rich, full-bodied, smooth, and delicious blend of exceptional Arabica coffees with a perfect body/acidity balance.
 
Coffee enthusiasts, like winemakers, believe the finest flavor profiles come from blending superior single origin varietals. Our Natural Brazil and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (Fair Trade Organic) are two outstanding coffees in their own right and are part of our new Meritage Blend. 
 
The word "meritage" originally comes from the wine industry and refers to wines which are of exceptional character.  Meritage is an invented word pronounced like "heritage" and combines the words “merit” and “heritage” to denote a complete and harmonious blend.
 
A true meritage blend is one with a flavor profile of greater strength and complexity than its single origin components would exhibit standing alone.

SUNRISE BLEND
This coffee is our first blend and still a top seller. We use premium coffee beans: Colombian Supremo and estate grown Nicaraguan Alianza and then roast them separately and blend them in the perfect proportions. The combination of medium and darkly roasted beans produces a full bodied, aromatic, and smooth cup of coffee.  This coffee is the perfect way to start your day and delicious enough to drink anytime.

ITALIAN ESPRESSO BLEND
Our espresso is roasted and blended according to Italian tradition. A dark roasted blend of superior coffee beans from Africa and Central and South America combine to produce an exceptional cup of espresso. The rich flavors and superior crema make us certain that our espresso will be one of the finest you have ever tasted.  As our darkest roast coffee, our espresso blend is much more than an espresso. This roast makes a fabulous cup of coffee in a French Press or drip coffee maker as well. If you enjoy a dark, full-roast, try this blend today!

And, here’s a bit of company trivia! This coffee is known as the “Love Story” coffee since Brian created this blend when trying to impress Susan after they first met… great coffee and magical memories have been being made ever since!

COLOMBIAN DECAF
We believe our decaffeinated coffee is the best you've ever had. Dark roasted and aromatic beans produce this incredible decaf. This coffee undergoes a natural and safe decaffeination process in Mexico before we receive the green beans. The only thing missing from this coffee is the caffeine!

COLOMBIAN SUPREMO
Colombia produces some of the finest coffees in the world and the finest Colombian is Supremo.  Supremo derives its name from the size of the beans which are larger than most. Our 100% Colombian Supremo is dark roasted to mellow the acidity thus producing a rich, superlative flavor with wine like undertones.

ETHIOPIAN YIRGACHEFFE (fair trade / certified organic)
This coffee is our first Fair Trade / Certified Organic and has developed quite a following among our customers.  It is premium highlands grown in rich volcanic soils and has an exotic aroma with floral overtones. It is perfectly roasted to bring out a rich and intriguing flavor with a citrus finish and is excellent in a French Press or drip coffee maker.

GUATEMALAN ANTIGUA
The Guatemalan Antigua is the "grandpa" of specialty coffees.  It was introduced to the American market back in the 1970's and still has a superior reputation. We give this bean a classic roast to produce a clean, aromatic, and complex bittersweet flavor. Excellent!

KENYAN AA
The rich volcanic soil, high elevations, and mild climate of Eastern Africa produce some of the finest coffees in the world. Amongst serious coffee drinkers, Kenyan AA is one of the most popular varieties.  It is dark roasted has an underlying earthiness, full body, very little bitterness, and a "wine-like" flavor. This is an excellent, all-around cup of coffee.

MEXICAN CHIAPAS ONYX (fair trade / certified organic)
This is an extraordinary fair trade / organic, premium coffee. 100% Arabica and shade grown in the tropical Sierra Madre mountain region, this coffee produces an intriguing, complex aroma with nutty overtones when cupped.  It is Italian roasted with mild acidity.

NATURAL BRAZIL
A "natural" coffee means that part of the pulp surrounding the coffee bean is left on as the coffee bean dries rather than being washed away.  When perfectly roasted, this "natural" bean produces a coffee with more body, flavor, lower acidity, and a hint of sweetness. A favorite in our home!

OUR PROPRIETARY FLAVOR BLENDS

Our flavored coffees are different. We use less flavoring to achieve a more subtle taste. We believe this actually enhances the coffee's taste and aroma rather than hiding it. Even if you are not a "flavored" coffee drinker, our flavored coffees might surprise you. All flavored coffees are available in both regular and decaf.

CHOCOLATE FILBERT
100% Arabica, premium coffee beans are blended with the natural flavors of dark Italian chocolate and toasted filbert (hazelnut). In Italy Gianduia is the creamy smooth mixture of chocolate and hazelnuts. Our coffee captures this popular flavor profile. Delicious and satisfying!

HARVEST SPICE
The Harvest Spice seasonal blend exquisitely combines the spicy aroma of cinnamon with a hint of maple sweetness. A perfect blend to help celebrate the changing seasons.

ITALIAN CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY

SCANDINAVIAN WINTER
