At Keuka Lake Coffee Roasters, we live, work and play against a backdrop of natural beauty. Overlooking Keuka Lake in Penn Yan, New York, we enjoy a slower pace and a fabulous view where the quality of life is highly valued.
We are committed to producing the best quality coffee and coffee-based specialty products possible. We achieve this through a process involving the highest quality standards and ingredients. We pay attention to every detail and take the time necessary to achieve these goals. Our products are always all natural.
We only purchase 100% Arabica beans from all over the world. We small batch roast our coffee to insure a premium roast. Once roasted, our coffees are only air cooled to retain the natural coffee oils which hold not only flavor, but “good for you” antioxidants. Each type of coffee is roasted to a specific temperature and time. All blends are made after the roast. All of our flavored coffees are proprietary recipes that we have personally developed. We are sure you will taste the difference in each of our coffees.
Our original product line of coffee-based specialty products is unique and delicious. We now offer our four original JAVA RUBS along with our four new international JAVA RUBS and our JAVA SOAK, JAVA SAUCE, and JAVA YAKI. Coffee enhances the flavor of meat and adds a depth of flavor that is like no other. It also will help to caramelize the surface of the food you cook. Try them for a real taste treat!
At Keuka Lake Coffee Roasters, we are also committed to working within the Finger Lakes community and supporting other local businesses and charitable organizations. We are proud of our involvement with Milly’s Pantry, Keuka Comfort Care Home, Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty, Pride of New York, Penn Yan Elks Lodge #1722, Keuka Lake Association, Penn Yan American Legion Post #355, and the Yates County Chamber of Commerce.
We sell our coffees directly to you via this web site. We also sell our coffees and specialty products wholesale to fine restaurants, inns, wineries, specialty shops, and gourmet markets.
