All of our products are produced onsite. We do all of the coffee roasting for our Keuka Lake Coffee Roasters coffees and produce all of our JAVA-GOURMET and Seneca Salt Company products here. They are all available for sale in our JAVA-GOURMET Company Store.

Our BLACK CAT BISTRO is where you can enjoy a variety of coffee beverages and seasonally inspired cuisine featuring many of the products we produce. We have outdoor seating on our beautiful deck overlooking Keuka Lake (seasonally)and To Go as well. We source locally as much as possible. We also are serving wine and beer, many locally produced.
